Andrea Huelin is an Australia artist who is best known for her colourful and evocative still life paintings. She is interested in colour and form, and capturing elusive qualities of lustre and light with economical brushwork. She is also an accomplished portrait artist, with paintings hung in a number of prestigious portrait prizes. Huelin has held solo exhibitions in Queensland and New South Wales, and has taken part in group exhibitions around Australia and in Germany. Her paintings are included in the Commonwealth Government’s Artbank Collection. Andrea Huelin is represented by Michael Reid Gallery in Sydney and Berlin.

A former journalist, broadcaster and manager, Andrea is often engaged as an arts writer, and an arts marketing and planning consultant. Her reviews and articles have been published in national art and architecture magazines and websites, and she has also written catalogue essays for fellow artists.
