Andrea will guide you from beginning to end on how to create your painted portrait by focusing on tonal values. On the first day, you will learn a process of pre-mixing your colours and using layers of paint to produce a painting study from a photograph that Andrea will supply, and on the second day, you will practise this process with your own reference material.
