I was driving back from the Tablelands today and I saw one of these Utility boxes with a mural painted on it - part of a Cairns Regional Council initiative a few years back.  I noted the simple design and the effective colour palette and it made me think of the work we have been doing in our Certificate III colour theory and painting class.  What’s the colour scheme that the artist has used here?
